On-time student changes
An eligible cancellation or rescheduling restores the original credit automatically. Restored credits never expire and can be used whenever you are ready to book again. Rescheduling is atomic: if the new time cannot be booked, the existing lesson remains unchanged.
Late cancellation or student no-show
The lesson credit is not restored unless TRG Japan applies a stated grace policy for the circumstances.
TRG Japan or instructor cancellation
The student may choose either a restored, non-expiring lesson credit or a monetary refund.
Lesson not provided as promised
TRG Japan will provide a lesson credit or monetary refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Ordinary lesson cancellations
We do not issue monetary refunds when a student simply cancels or changes their mind. Instead, an eligible cancellation is automatically converted into a lesson credit that never expires and can be used to book another lesson. If applicable law requires a monetary refund or provides a mandatory cancellation right, that legal requirement takes priority.
