No. Learners under 16 use Google Meet, and a teacher can use Google Meet when Discord identity requirements are not met. Zoom is available only as a backup when Google meeting creation fails or an administrator provides a unique meeting.

A guardian can manage more than one learner profile. Credits belong to the guardian’s billing account and the guardian chooses the learner at booking.

Intermediate plans can invite up to two eligible guest learners, while Advanced plans can invite up to four. The booking owner pays one credit. Every guest must accept before classroom provisioning.

An eligible cancellation restores the same kind of credit you used, and that credit never expires. The rescheduling window is 24 hours for Single and Beginner, 12 hours for Intermediate, and right up until the lesson begins for Advanced. Late cancellations and no-shows do not restore a credit unless a grace policy applies.

No. Every issued lesson credit—including a credit restored after an eligible cancellation—never expires. Monthly plan credits can accumulate up to twice the plan’s monthly allowance, and subscription credits are used before purchased credits.
